2. Products & Services
We sell car and bike covers and vehicle care accessories under the Bull Rider brand. All product descriptions, images and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed after successful payment. Full COD is not available; we offer Partial COD, where you pay 5% of the order value online and the balance at delivery, as described in our Shipping Policy. If an error occurs in pricing or product details, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund of any amount paid. For any questions, please contact us.
4. Returns, Exchange & Refunds
Returns, replacements, size exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Defective or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video, and eligible replacements and exchanges are handled within 7 days of delivery.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free on all products within India. We aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
