Yes. Bull Rider is an Indian brand by Sar Enterprises, Rohtak, Haryana, making car and bike body covers since 2014. sanrachna.in is our own official website. Our products are also sold on Amazon and Flipkart.

Choosing the Right Cover

Which car cover should I buy for my car?

It depends on where you park and how much protection you want:

• Featherlite: Light and budget-friendly. Best for daily use, covered parking or light outdoor use.
• All Weather: Stronger fabric and longer life than Featherlite. Best for regular open parking in rain, sun and dust.
• Supersoft: Our strongest fabric with the longest life of the three.
• 360° Protection: Full body cover with a detachable bottom enclosure and zip seal. Helps reduce the chances of rats accessing the vehicle from underneath and helps keep insects out.

Example 1: Your Hyundai Creta is parked in a basement or covered parking → Featherlite is enough.
Example 2: Your Maruti Swift is parked outside your house every day in sun and rain → choose All Weather, or Supersoft for the longest life.
Example 3: Your car is parked overnight in an open area where rats are common → choose 360° Protection.

How long will the cover last?

There is no fixed timeline. It depends on weather, where the car is parked and how you use and store the cover. As a general guide, Supersoft lasts longer than All Weather, and All Weather lasts longer than Featherlite.

Example: The same cover used on a car parked in a covered garage will last longer than one used on a car parked in open sun and rain every day.

Is a custom-fit cover better than a universal cover?

Yes. A custom-fit cover is made for your car's shape, so it sits better, leaves less loose fabric and is less likely to move in wind.

Example: A universal "SUV size" cover may be loose on a Kia Sonet, while a Sonet-specific cover follows its shape.

Protection & Everyday Use

Will the cover keep my car dry in heavy rain?

Our covers are made from waterproof fabric that helps keep rain off the car body.

Example: After a night of heavy monsoon rain, shake or wipe off the water from the cover and let it dry before folding it.

Will the cover fly off in strong wind?

Our covers have an elastic bottom that holds them around the car. If your cover comes with a buckle belt, lock it under the car for extra grip in storms.

Example: Before a windy night, make sure the elastic edge is tucked under the bumpers and the belt (if provided) is locked.

Will the cover scratch my car's paint?

Our covers are soft on the inside. To avoid scratches, always cover a clean car, because dust trapped under any cover can rub the paint.

Example: If your car has been driven on a dusty road, wipe it with a microfiber cloth before putting the cover on.

Can I cover my car right after driving?

Please wait until the car cools down. Keep the cover away from hot surfaces such as the silencer and engine area.

Example: After a long highway drive, park the car and wait 10–15 minutes before covering it.

Will the cover help in summer heat?

Yes. It blocks direct sunlight, which helps reduce heat buildup and protects the paint from UV rays.

Example: A car parked in the afternoon sun in May stays cooler to touch when it is covered than when it is left open.

Can I keep my car covered if I don't use it for many days?

Yes. Cover a clean, dry car and check it once in a while.

Example: Going out of town for two weeks? Wash or wipe the car, let it dry fully, then cover it and lock the belt if provided.

Finding the Correct Fit

How do I find the cover for my car?

Search your car model on the website, open the cover type you want, and select your car's brand and model before adding to cart.

Example: Search "Swift" → open "Maruti Suzuki Swift Car Cover" → check that Swift is selected → Add to Cart.

My car is an older or newer generation. Will it fit?

If you are not sure, message us on WhatsApp with your car model and year before ordering.

Example: "Hi, I have a 2016 Maruti Swift. Which cover will fit?" Our team will confirm the right cover for you.

My car has roof rails, a spoiler, an antenna or a bull bar. Will the cover fit?

Please contact our support team before ordering and share a photo of your car. We will confirm the right cover for you.

Example: You have a Mahindra Thar with a roof carrier → send us a side photo of the car on WhatsApp before ordering.

I can't find my car or bike model. What should I do?

Message us on WhatsApp with your vehicle model and year. We will tell you which cover fits. For bikes, you can also choose our universal-fit bike cover.

Example: "Hi, I have a Honda Shine. Which bike cover should I buy?"

I have two cars. Can I order covers for both together?

Yes. Add both covers to your cart and place one order to the same address.

Example: Add a Creta cover and an i20 cover to the cart → checkout once.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order with Partial COD?

1. Select your car model and add the cover to your cart.
2. Go to checkout and enter your address.
3. Choose the Partial COD option and pay 5% online.
4. Pay the remaining amount when the order is delivered.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Full COD is not available. We offer Partial COD. You pay 5% online when you order, get a 5% discount equal to that amount, and pay the balance at delivery.

Are there any shipping charges?

No. Shipping is free on all products anywhere in India.

Example: A car cover priced at ₹1,599 costs you ₹1,599. Shipping: ₹0.

I entered the wrong address or want to change my order. What should I do?

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible. Changes are possible only before the order is dispatched.

Example: You placed an order at 10 AM with the wrong PIN code → WhatsApp us right away, before the same-day dispatch at 1 PM.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes, an invoice is included with your order. For a GST invoice with your business details, contact our support team before ordering.

Delivery

Do you deliver to my city or village?

We deliver to more than 20,000 PIN codes across India. Enter your PIN code on the product page to check delivery.

Example: Living in a small town? Type your 6-digit PIN code on the product page before ordering.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 1 PM on a business day (Monday to Saturday) are usually dispatched the same day. After dispatch, delivery takes 7–10 working days depending on your location.

Example 1: You order on Monday at 11 AM → dispatched on Monday → delivered between next Tuesday and next Friday.
Example 2: You order on Saturday at 4 PM → dispatched on Monday.

How do I track my order?

After dispatch, you receive a WhatsApp and email message with the courier name and tracking number.

Example: You get a message with a Delhivery tracking number. Enter it on the courier's website to see where your parcel is.

Returns & Exchange

What if I receive a defective or wrong product?

Report it within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and photos. Eligible products are replaced.

Example: Your parcel is delivered on Monday at 5 PM → send the unboxing video and photos on WhatsApp by Wednesday 5 PM.

What if the cover does not fit my car?

We will exchange it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. The cover must be unused and in its original packaging.

Example: Your cover is delivered on the 1st of the month → request an exchange by the 8th.

Why do I need an unboxing video?

It helps us verify damage or a wrong product quickly and process your replacement faster.

Example: Start recording before opening the parcel, show the sealed package and the label, then open it and show the product, all in one video.

Care

Do I need to wash the cover? Can I machine wash it?

No washing is needed, and the cover should not be machine washed. Wipe it after rain, or clean it with a damp cloth once every 15–30 days as needed.

Example: After a rainy night, wipe off the water and let the cover dry before folding. In dusty weather, wipe it with a damp cloth every 2–4 weeks.

How should I fold and store the cover?

Fold it with the dirty outer side inside, and keep it in its storage bag in a dry place.

Example: Fold from both sides towards the middle, roll it from front to back, and put it in the bag.

Product Details

Will the colour look exactly like the picture?

You will receive the colour shown in the product images. The shade may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.

Example: A navy blue cover may look slightly lighter on a phone with high brightness than on a laptop screen.

What comes in the box?

The car body cover and a storage bag.

Business Orders

Can I get a GST invoice or place a bulk / dealer order?

Yes. Contact our support team on WhatsApp and share your shop or business details.

Example: "Hi, I run a car accessories shop in Jind. I need 20 covers for Swift and Creta. My GST number is ..."
